Fabulous Nobodies Pty Ltd trading as FABNOB provides this website (the “Site”) as a service to its customers. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.
Fabulous Nobodies reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice, and you agree to be bound to such modifications, alterations, or updates. Use of the site – even via a “bookmark” – binds you to any updated terms.
These terms and conditions supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements or understandings between you and Fabulous Nobodies.

You further agree that Comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are solely responsible for the Comments you make.
Fabulous Nobodies is under no obligation to maintain Comments in confidence or pay compensation for Comments.
Corrections and Cancellations
The information of the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Fabulous Nobodies reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions without prior notice – even after you have submitted your order.
Prompt attempts will be made to remove out of stock items from display. Due to issues associated with online selling there is no guarantee all items on display will be available.
Fabulous Nobodies reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased and to prohibit sales to dealers.
Fabulous Nobodies reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after you receive an order confirmation. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Fabulous Nobodies will issue a credit to your credit card account.
Product Details
Every effort has been made to accurately display the colors of our products. Technical specifications and settings on your computer could impact their perception.
Descriptions, attributes and images are approximates and are provided as a guide only. Fabulous Nobodies does not warrant that any “sizes” stated in relation to any products conform to any particular standard.
If the product you have purchased does not meet your expectations you can return the item as per our Returns & Exchanges policy which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Credit Card Use and ID Verification
If you wish to purchase any items through the Site you will be asked to supply certain information including your credit card details, your accurate billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant you have the legal right to use the credit card you use. You grant Fabulous Nobodies the right to provide submitted information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of transactions initiated by you or on your behalf.
Further identity and credit card verification may be required prior to the completion of any transaction – this will be done via email, fax or phone at your own expense.
Shipping
Fabulous Nobodies is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping details. Orders will be shipped to the address designated as long as the address is complete and compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged, lost or delayed shipments.
All items sold to Australian householders will be sent by registered Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days. International deliveries will also be sent by registered post with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days.
Import Taxes and Duties
If you are located outside Australia your order may be subject to import duties and taxes and you are responsible for paying these additional charges. Fabulous Nobodies has no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Contact your local customs office for further details, and refer to our Shipping page for more general information.
By purchasing through the Site you authorize Fabulous Nobodies to designate a carrier to act as an agent to clear your merchandise and advance any duties and taxes owed by you. If you refuse any shipments you are responsible for the original and return shipping charges, and any duties, taxes or customs charges that are incurred (in both directions).
Account / Password
Your account is for your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are fully responsible for all interactions with the Site that occurs in connection with your account.
You agree to immediately notify Fabulous Nobodies of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you “sign out” from your account at the end of each session. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
