Ordering & Payment
Yes. Payments can be accepted via Paypal or direct bank deposit - but it's a manual process not built in to the cart checkout.

+ My credit card wad declined - why?There are several reasons why this could happen.
The most common one is a mismatch between the country where you are ordering from and the country where your credit card was issued - for fraud prevention reasons they must match. Contact Us to arrange alternative payment method if this is the case.
Sometimes orders are declined due to insufficient funds, and sometimes because the lines with the bank are temporarily down.
+ What credit cards do you accept?We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Please note the country where your ordering from and the country where your credit card is issued must match up or the order will be declined. Contact Us to arrange alternative payment method if this is the case.
+ What currency will I be charged in?You will be charged in Australian dollars. Other currencies are for indicative purposes only.
+ Will I have to pay import duties on my order?If you are outside Australia import duties may be levied when your order reaches your country (especially Europe).
Duties are your responsibility. Contact your local customs office for more information.
+ When can I apply my promo code?One valid promo code can be applied per order on the final checkout page.
Please note we can’t apply promo codes once the transaction has been processed.
+ How will I know my order has been accepted?You will receive an order confirmation within a few hours. We will notify you immediately if there any problems.
+ Does adding something to my Wishlist reserve it for me?No. You snooze you lose!
+ How do I edit my account information?Sign in to you account and click on Edit Details. Please note we cannot send items to an alternative address once the order is placed.
+ I forgot my password - what do I do?Click Sign In. Press “Forgot Password.” Enter your email address and press "Send Message."
You will be emailed your password.
+ How come you won't deliver to my PO Box?If you are outside Australia we will only ship to your credit card billing address and it can’t be a PO Box. This is for security reasons. Sorry.

+ Can I change/cancel my order?Sometimes. Contact Us immediately with your request.
+ Can I track my order?Sort of. All orders are sent by registered post for security purposes, and this comes with some tracking capabilities.
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, France, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates.
International deliveries will also be sent by registered post with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days. Please note there is no tracking by international registered post - but it is secure. Someone has to sign for it at the address provided.

+ How will my goods be sent and how long will it take?
All items sold to Australian householders will be sent by registered Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days. You will be emailed limited tracking details within 24 hours of your order.
International deliveries will also be sent by registered post with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days. Please note there is no tracking by international registered post - but it is secure. Someone has to sign for it at the address provided.
You are welcome to return items for credit, exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Contact Us to receive an authorsation number.
Please include your full name, order number, and reason for return.
If you want to exchange the item for a different size or item please let us know so we can put it aside for you.
After you receive the authorisation number send the unworn items (with all tags attached) in a traceable manner to:
